Carolyn Niosi graduated from Lakeville High School and pursued college at Normandale and Mankato State. While her area of focus was on Mass Communications, her 20-year career has been in IT. She is employed at family-owned Ryan Companies, a Minnesota construction company in Minneapolis. Carolyn has been married to Kurt for just over 20 years and they have two children, Anthony, and Maddie. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on home improvement projects, and volunteering in the community.

When longtime family friend, Karen Ramola, shared her idea of the Giving Grace Foundation, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of such an impactful organization. I’m privileged to be involved with such a compassionate group of people who want to give back to families struggling with infertility.
